What is a healthy weight?
For most people, a healthy weight is determined by their body mass index, or BMI. Maintaining a healthy weight may decrease a person’s risk for diseases such as hypertension or diabetes, while higher amounts of body fat may increase risk for these diseases.

Interpreting your results is simple:
- Underweight = BMI of less than 18.
- Healthy Weight = BMI between 18.5 and 24.9
- Overweight = BMI between 25.0 to 29.9
- Obese = BMI of 30.0 or higher
